This is the Futaba 10J 2.4GHz S/FHSS Radio System w/R3008SB Receiver - Mode 1.

R3008SB Receiver     
The R3008SB is a T-FHSS telemetry-capable receiver that features S.Bus and S.Bus2 compatibility, with 8 conventional ports. The receiver also features an external battery voltage connector for the CA-RVIN-700 External Voltage Cable (FUTM5551 - not included).
